All products installed by authorized independent Betterliving dealers that are manufactured by Craft-Bilt Manufacturing Company, Souderton, Pennsylvania, are warranted against factory defects. The terms and coverage of the manufacturer’s warranty vary by product, and are listed below.

Covered by a fully transferable, non-prorated, 50-year manufacturer’s warranty on all components. Seal failure in insulated glass units is fully covered for 15 years.
